I have problem in my graphics card :

I am using latest driver for my graphics card but still i can't watch high definition video. Some time simple regulation video creates problem..

Unfortunately, reference driver(Win7 - Intel Extreme Graphics 2) does not exist. But, there is something that can be done. Windows7 is not only WDDM but XPDM drivers available. So you can use XPDM(3DP Edition v1.0). Here's how you can use XPDM.
System Properties(WindowsKey + Pause Break) >> Hardware >> Device Manager >> Display adapters(name differ from system to system) >> Driver >> Update Driver >> No, not this time >> Install from a list or specific location (Advanced) >> Don't search. I will choose the driver to install. >> Have Disk... >> Browse... >> C:3DPlanetIntel Edition v10Win2000 >> Next >> Finish
However, XPDM is incomplete in the Win7 and the driver can cause problems in the Win7. The XPDM use to shine the brightest in the XP.
