Hello bobix.

NVIDIA video card is not yours. Your video card is Intel GMA 3150. Your video card is not compatible with NVIDIA's driver.

Maybe he want to install a dedicated GPU card, and he ask for Nvidia brand....right bobix?

Well, if so, yes nvidia is one of the most important, solid and quality video cards avaiable on the market nowadays.

to bobix : If you want to install a dedicated video card...
This is not program bug. Windows or Hardware problem. Just follow the steps in this list until the problem is resolved.
1. Reboot your PC (many times)
2. Virus or Spyware is main cause of problem : My Computer(right click) > Manage > Services and Applications > Services > 'Plug and Play' Stop and Start. And fix to virus & spyware.
3. Registry problem : Try to registry cleaning (ex : registry booster)
4. Hardware problem : Try to re-installing the Video card(Hardware. not driver!)
5. If overclocked your PC : Undo your PC.
6. Try to 'System Resotre'
7. Try to LAN cable unplug & Try to reinstall Windows.
8. Check to your power supply is enough.
9. If it is yet to be solved : The video card is not exist or defective device.
