Have tried to update 3DPChip several times using Firefox. Each time a virus warning comes up. Tried to heal the SW but that doesn't work as it can not be healed rather the download is just deleted.

This has not solved the problem -- your problem, not my problem!. No help, as AVG deletes the file, thus it cannot be installed. You should have made contact with AVG & gotten the problem fixed, rather than just blowing AVG off in just a comment here. You need to do the same thing with F-Secure. Thus you have made a mistake. I really want to use your product, but cannot until you have solved this problem. Thanks.

yes, same like mr. Bob comment. for 3DP Chip ver. 904b10 & ver.912 is no problem but ver.1002b08 is indicated virus by AVG 9 Resident Shield. I don't know this program infected virus or not. see this pic http://i49.tinypic.com/15x7jty.jpg

OK. It's been reported to the AVG(&F-Secure) as 10 Feb 2010. Wait for a some time, AVG(&F-Secure) will response.

Finally, issue has been resolved(The AVG made a wrong diagnosis). Try new 3DP Chip(v10.02 beta11)

if yor avg detects the program.. just disable it..then wen u finished put it back on..simple as .. make a restore point first just to make sure ;)

thank you, this problem of have been resolved, but I find same problems with 3dp net (see this pic)

for 3dp bench have a different problem, it is difficulty to go out from program. there is no exit program
and i must end task with windows task manager for exit program.
I like to use 3dp software, it is very easy and effective.
I hope get a better version

The AVG made a wrong diagnosis. There is no problem with 3DP Chip.
