Microsoft XP SP3 install while booting from XP cdrom finds the network controller card and install a driver "VIA Compatable Fast Ethernet Adapter" which work OK (this driver is from 2001).
3DP Net v12.11 find "VIA Rhine II Fast Ethernet" but it doesn't able to install the new driver. When the 3DP NIC setup procedure finnish, the Device Driver Installation Wizard dialog says that ".. but did not find any devices to be updated" and the status column beside "VIA (FETNDIS) Net (03/31/2011 1.15.0.1)" says "Not needed (No device for update present)" and the driver stay the same from Microsoft (2001).
Solution:
You need to download the "VT8231, VT8233, VT8235 & VT8237 Integrated (Rhine & Rhine II)" which is the first Rhine in the listbox and run the WinSetup which is inside zip provided by VIA named "Rhine_WinXP_387a.zip" from VIA site.
PS. The AsRock's driver for 4CoreDual-VSTA which have all the drivers for many OS and tools is from 2007.

Maybe you have to manually unistall net drivers first from windows, and deny automatic driver installation from Windows, and then try to install suggested drivers from 3DP Net.
