Doesn't update Dell Studio 1537 motherboard inf--says "Unknown Intel Hardware"..but WAS able to update previously!

Latest version of 3DP identifies motherboard as Dell: 0P 132H but says "unknown Intel Hardware" . The previous version of 3DP was able to identify the motherboard and provide inf update. Computer is Dell Studio 1537, windows 8.1x64. . I'd like to update the inf to the latest. Here's the info:
