This is not program bug. Windows or Hardware problem. Just follow the steps in this list until the problem is resolved.
1. Virus or Spyware is main cause of problem : My Computer(right click) > Manage > Services and Applications > Services > 'Plug and Play' & 'Windows Audio' Stop and Start. And fix to virus & spyware.
2. Registry problem : Registry cleaning (ex : registry booster)
3. Hardware problem : If you have integrated audio device > to enable Audio device in BIOS // If you have add-in sound card > to re-installing a sound card(Hardware. not driver!)
4. If overclocked your PC : Undo your PC.
5. Try to LAN cable unplug > Reinstall Windows.
6. If it is yet to be solved : Audio device is not exist. Or defective device.
