If you are not installed the 3DP Chip : This error occur when 3DP does not installed. Please install the 3DP Chip.

If you are installed 3DP Chip : I'm sorry. This is an unknown problem. If I have the same system with you, I can fix it. But, that is impossibility.
Anyway, if you format your pc, you can execute the 3DP Chip.
