Unfortunately, I'm no connoisseur in that field(Spyware). But I will tell you within the scope of what I know. Just follow the steps in this list until the problem is resolved.
1. Try to Anti-Virus or Anti-Spyware program.
2. Try to 'System Restore'
3. LAN cable unplug & Re-install Windows.
