What kind of device do you want? If it means Video card, please refer to the below information.
This is not program bug. Windows or Hardware problem. Just follow the steps in this list until the problem is resolved.
1. Reboot your PC (many times)
2. Virus or Spyware is main cause of problem : My Computer(right click) > Manage > Services and Applications > Services > 'Plug and Play' Stop and Start. And fix to virus & spyware.
3. Registry problem : Try to registry cleaning (ex : registry booster)
4. Hardware problem : If you have dedicated Video card > Try to re-installing the Video card(Hardware. not driver!)
5. If overclocked your PC : Undo your PC.
6. Try to 'System Restore'
7. Try to LAN cable unplug & Try to re-install Windows.
8. Check to your power supply is enough.
9. If it is yet to be solved : The video card is not exist or defective device.
