When I start the computer windows 7 lets me login but after the toolbar on the bottom shows up the hourglass (circle) on the cursor spins around and the everything stalls. I ran super anti spyware because I suspected spyware but that didn't help.

I think the problem has been solved. But I just installed Intel_v9301019_by3DP.exe, I'm not sure if that was appropiate with my system. If it has no ill effect then I will leave it installed but if not then how do I remove it? TIA.

You can remove it from Add/Remove programs. But it(Intel_v9...) has no problem. It is just Motherboard driver.

Unfortunately, I'm no connoisseur in that field(Spyware). But I will tell you within the scope of what I know. Just follow the steps in this list until the problem is resolved.
1. Try to Anti-Virus or Anti-Spyware program.
2. Try to 'System Restore'
3. LAN cable unplug & Re-install Windows.
