This is not the GeForce. This is an ATi RV505(Code name). This product lost support from ATi long time ago. So I do not know whether this driver will be helpful.
1. Click and save this file. http://download2.msi.com/files/downloads/dvr_exe/ATI_8.41_Vista.zip
2. Extract the file.
3. Update the driver in 'Device manager'. (When it ask a inf file, choose the 'PackagesDriversDisplayLH6A_INF' folder.)
4. Re-boot your PC.
