This is not program bug. Windows or Hardware is the reason for problem.

If you mean a bluetooth + net adapter(one device)

 >> No bluetooth + net adapter is available(does not exist).

or if you mean a bluetooth, net adapter(two devices)

 >> No bluetooth is availale. But, the net adapter exist. 'Realtek RTL8139/810x...'
