My device is:                                   PCI 14F11033020E13E0078000   Dell Data Fax Modem
The other Data fax Modem is:    PCI 14F12013021213E0078000    Conexant Conexant HSF V92 56K Data Fax PCI Modem

So be carefull to assign the correct drivers
