Bug Report Bluetooth : Intel Wireless Bluetooth not Up to Date

Hello, i want to report a bug for Bluetooth : Intel Wireless Bluetooth
The newest driver is from 4/18/2023 with version 22.220.1.1
and the one recommended in 3DP is from 1/25/2022 with version 22.120.0.3

I also want to ask the same problem from a long time ago (Notice 1433), my integrated webcam is disappear after i use OBS VirtualCam (The issues from github is in this link https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/issues/3555). Do you have any other recommendation to troubleshoot for this kind of problem, because i can't unplug my integrated webcam or enabled the setting on the BIOS (the setting doesn't exist).

I also got more problem but this only happen while me and my friend tried to play Total War:Warhammer II, my wireless driver Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz disabled itself after resetting like 3 times in event viewer. Here some of the Log Description

and repeating itself, sometimes also give this error
