There are two Multimedia cards, Realtek... and Unknown Creative hardware.
I don't know whether this exists. Because ID(Unknown Creative hardware - VEN_1102DEV_9D28) have no existence in all of the Multimedia cards(There is nothing wrong with the Realtek... What I am saying applies only to Unknown Creative hardware. And, your PCI unknown devices = Unknown Creative hardware.).

I think your PC has a serious problem(hardware or O/S). Try to re-installing the multimedia(audio) card(hardware. not driver!).
