3DP NET does not have driver for 3COM Marvell 940-MV00 chip

The label on the motherboard chip says 3COM MARVELL 940-MV00 40-0779-000 FB47861.4
I downloaded driver from MARVELL website, WinXP says not a matching driver.
I lost the CD that came with the motherboard, from ECS (EliteComputer).
I downloaded driver from ECS, their driver will not install, no executable, just INF/SYS files.
