SM Bus controler

I have a old laptop Compaq Presario V2000
Processor AMD SEMPRON
OS Windows XP Home edition 2002 service pack 3

When I go to my Device Manager I see a yellow question mark next to other devices
and showing SM Bus Controler is the problem.
it shows in the property box
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver.
When I try to update or reload the driver it doesn't find it.
Where should I look ?
