Try to this way.

1. Windows key + Pause break key
2. Click the 'Device Manager' on left side
3. Double-click the 'Display adapters(or ! device)'
4. Double-click the device
5. Click the 'Driver' tab
6. Click the 'Update Driver...' button
7. Click the 'Browse my computer for driver software' button
8. 'Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer' button
9. 'Have Disk...' button
10. Browse...
11. Choose a 'Display.driver' folder in NVIDIA driver folder.
