Note: The CPU is a Pentium 3, but i see only Squares instead of the name, and the date driver you can see a ' after the name of the CPU. Can you fix replace text correctly? And what is EM/EP/P/G/EG means on the motherboard name?

I think your CPU was not recognized by BIOS. The 'System Properties' page contain a CPU model name(ex : AMD Athlon II X3 450 Processor 3.20 GHz). But your page marked a CPU model name as a "x86 Family 6 Model 8 Stepping 10 AT/AT COMPATIBLE).

CPU : How is a CPU information in device manager look? How are they different?(3DP Chip vs Device manager)
M/B : EM/EP/P/G/EG means on a M/B chipset name. This means EM or EP or ...
