This is not program bug. Windows or Hardware problem. Just follow the steps in this list until the problem is resolved.
1. Reboot your PC (many times)
2. Virus or Spyware is main cause of problem : My Computer(right click) > Manage > Services and Applications > Services > 'Plug and Play' Stop and Start. And fix to virus & spyware.
3. Registry problem : Try to registry cleaning (ex : registry booster)
4. Hardware problem : If you have add-in Audio card > to re-installing the Audio card(Hardware. not driver!). // If you have integrated Audio device > to enable Audio device in BIOS.
5. If overclocked your PC : Undo your PC.
6. Try to 'System Resotre'
7. Try to LAN cable unplug & Try to reinstall Windows.
8. If it is yet to be solved : The Audio device is not exist or defective device.
