Unfortunately, reference driver(Win7 - Mobility Radeon 7000 IGP) does not exist. But, there is something that can be done. Windows7 is not only WDDM but XPDM drivers available. So you can use XPDM(3DP Edition v10.04). Here's how you can use XPDM.
System Properties(WindowsKey + Pause Break) >> Hardware >> Device Manager >> Display adapters(name differ from system to system) >> Driver >> Update Driver >> No, not this time >> Install from a list or specific location (Advanced) >> Don't search. I will choose the driver to install. >> Have Disk... >> Browse... >> C:3DPEditionATi_1004(9250_xp32)Driver2KXP_INF >> Next >> Finish
However, XPDM is incomplete in the Win7 and the driver can cause problems in the Win7. The XPDM use to shine the brightest in the XP.

Me neither, not the same card though. 3DP Chip does find my graphic card, but doesn't provide the right driver, it doesn't provide me with a driver for my OS (Windows 7) and the provided driver is not the version it says it is anyways (I think)
