it show up like application error and i can't able to see window option when i press window key.

But, I can give you some advice.
- Try to 'System Restore or Format
- Use the utilities (ex : Microsoft Fix It)
And, some people's mother tongue here is not English. In this case, it's fine if you use your mother tongue.
