Try this method. There are two main ways of tackling the problem.
#1 : Try another USB cable or port.
#2 : Update your motherboard drivers.

The 'ETC', as yet, only support USB hardware(ex : USB mouse, iPhone, USB printer...). Usually, that mean "nonexistent" or "bug(3DP Chip)". In this case : nonexistent.
