AMD GPU detection issue.

My RX 6600 XT GPU is listed as outdated.

Local: 31.0.14057.2005 (12/05/2023)
Server: 31.0.14057.2005 (05/12/2023)

Server has the same version as the version installed however the date on the server is wrong. The correct date of this driver is from the 12th of May however the 3DP Chip says there's a newer version from the 5th of December 2023, therefore it lists it with an exclamation mark.
