Device doesnt exist on 3DP Net

Days ago I installed the drivers for my Ethernet port, today when I turn on my computer it does not seem to have the Ethernet driver for some reason, I tried to reinstall the driver using 3DP Net again and the program only says "Device does not exist"

I would like to know what happened in that case :/
