problem in connecting lan

my device manager shows not installed Ethernet controller when I tried to install it manually again there is problem in installing by responding pop up window with windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting it...
Broadcom netlink (TM) gigabit ethernet .... so what should I do for this problem?
