The 'WDM_A406.exe' has a *.cat file. This *.cat file play a vital role in Windows logo testing. So I think the file may be corrupted or your windows problem.
1. download the driver again. 2. or ignore the streamci.dll error. 3. or download the streamci.dll file and copy to a windowssystem32 folder.
