You mean, only 1 audio device is exist on your device manager? If so, please reboot your computer(many times). First of all, it should be recognized with 2 audio devices.

If the problem continues on(2 devices are already recognized), please install the driver on your device manager. First of all, delete a IntcDAud.inf file.
