'ETC' means all devices except CPU / Motherboard / Video card / Multimedia card / Ethernet. In this case, this include your HID devices(ex : keyboard, mouse, ...) & Nokia USB(phone) & Video device(ex : cam). It's program bug. Please let me know your model names. Than I'll take care of this v12.05 or 12.06.
