This is not program bug. Windows or Hardware problem. Just follow the steps in this list until the problem is resolved. 1. Reboot your PC 2. Virus or Spyware is main cause of problem : My Computer(right click) > Manage > Services and Applications > Services > 'Plug and Play' Stop and Start. And fix to virus & spyware. 3. Registry problem : Try to registry cleaning (ex : registry booster) 4. Hardware problem : If you have add-in video card > to re-installing the video sound card(Hardware. not driver!) 5. If overclocked your PC : Undo your PC. 6. Try to 'System Resotre' 7. Try to LAN cable unplug > Try to reinstall Windows. 8. Check to your power supply is enough. 9. If it is yet to be solved : A video card is not exist. Or defective device.
