Unfortunately, reference driver(Win7 - Mobility Radeon 7000 IGP) does not exist. But, there is something that can be done. Windows7 is not only WDDM but XPDM drivers available. So you can use XPDM(3DP Edition v10.04). Here's how you can use XPDM.
