Hello Ikgha.

Just follow the steps in this list until the problem is resolved.
 1. 'Windows Key' + 'Pause Break' > 'Hardware' > 'Device Manager' > 'System devices' >  Right-click 'Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio' > 'Disable' > Right-click again > 'Uninstall' > Re-booting > Try to install your driver again.
 2. Install HD Audo patch( http://www.3dpchip.com/driver/sc56.html ) > Re-booting > Try to install your driver again.
 3. XP & with SP1 / 2 : Try to install XP Service pack 3
XP with SP3 : Try to install HD Audio patch(step2). If you've already install, you try to SP3 to SP2 registry hack and try to install HD audio patch(SP2).
 4. Try to install Vista and higher (That's only a temporary measure, not the fundamental solution for the problem.)

And thanks for using 3DP Chip. Have a nice day!
